Sign In To Your KoiFortune Account
KoiFortune lets you access your personal account from a desktop PC or a mobile device. The sign-in form uses the same details on all platforms, so you can switch between browser sessions without changing your login.
You need a registered account to enter the personal area. If you haven’t created one yet, complete registration first, then sign in with the email or username you used and the password you set.
Login Security At KoiFortune
- 2FA: KoiFortune supports two-factor authentication through an authenticator app (TOTP). After you enter your password, the site asks for a 6-digit code that refreshes every 30 seconds. Turn it on in Account Settings and store the recovery codes offline so you can regain access if you lose your phone.
- Password: Use a long, unique passphrase (12–16+ characters) and never reuse it from email, banking, or other casinos. A password manager helps generate and store it. Change your password right away if you see an unfamiliar login or if any other service you use reports a breach.
- Notifications: KoiFortune sends account alerts for logins from a new device, password changes, and 2FA changes. Keep email notifications enabled and review the time, device, and location details in each message. If an alert doesn’t match your activity, reset the password, revoke active sessions, and re-check 2FA settings immediately.
KoiFortune Login FAQ
- How do I log in to KoiFortune if I’m coming back after a while? Open the KoiFortune site, tap “Log In,” then enter the email and password you used when you signed up. If you set up 2-step verification, confirm the code from your authenticator app or SMS to finish.
- What should I do if KoiFortune says my password is wrong even though I’m sure it isn’t? Use “Forgot password,” reset it from the email link, and then try again with the new password. If you’re on mobile, turn off auto-fill once and type it manually because saved passwords can paste extra spaces.
- Can I log in to KoiFortune with my phone number instead of my email? Yes, if your account profile has a verified phone number linked, the login screen lets you switch from email to phone. If your number isn’t verified yet, you’ll need to sign in with email first and add the number in account settings.
- What do I do if I don’t get the KoiFortune verification code when I’m trying to sign in? Wait 60 seconds, request a new code, and check that your phone has signal and isn’t blocking short codes. If you use an authenticator app, make sure your device time is set to automatic so the codes match.
- Is it okay to stay logged in on KoiFortune, or should I log out every time? Staying logged in is fine on a private device with a screen lock. On a shared computer or public Wi‑Fi, log out after your session and don’t let the browser save your password.
- What happens if my KoiFortune account gets locked after too many login tries? The site locks sign-in for 15 minutes after repeated failed attempts to stop brute-force guessing. After the wait, reset your password once and log in again, or use the “Unlock” link if it appears on the login screen.
Account Verification After Login At KoiFortune
KoiFortune triggers identity checks after login when an action creates regulatory risk: withdrawing money, changing sensitive account details, or when the system flags the session as unusual.
- When verification is needed: Withdrawal request; first cashout; deposit method and withdrawal method mismatch; change of email/phone/password; change of withdrawal details; login from a new country/device; multiple failed login attempts; account flagged for duplicate profiles or chargeback history.
- ID: Government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver’s licence). The image must show full name, date of birth, document number, expiry date, and a clear photo; all four corners visible; no cropping or blur.
- Address: Proof of address dated within the last 90 days, such as a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), bank statement, council tax letter, or official government correspondence. It must match the name and address on the KoiFortune profile.
- Payment method: A document or screenshot that links the payment method to the account holder. For cards, KoiFortune typically asks for the card front showing name and last 4 digits with the middle digits covered; for e-wallets, an account page showing the holder name and account email/ID; for bank transfers, a statement showing IBAN and name.
- Selfie / liveness: A selfie or short live capture, sometimes with the ID held next to the face. This check is used when the system needs to confirm the person submitting documents matches the ID photo.
- Extra checks: Source of funds evidence when transaction patterns look inconsistent with the profile. Common examples are recent payslips, a tax return, or bank statements showing incoming salary or savings.
In practice, KoiFortune asks for the smallest set of documents first and requests more only if details don’t match or an automated check fails.
